Shipping Policy
If you place an order using Cash On Delivery method, you will receive a verification call or email from our Customer Service to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 2 days. Once the order is verified you will receive an email with order confirmation. A separate email will be sent to you with shipment tracking information.
In case of any delay due to any given reason, you will be informed via phone or email regarding the status of shipment.
Note: Multiple orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
