We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you receive a defective product or a wrong product was sent by us, we will gladly accept the return request under the following conditions:
- We accept returns within 7 days of receipt
- To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to start the return.
- To initiate a return request, please contact Zeest customer service at email@example.com
- We will review your request and if it is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
- We will initiate a refund within 3 days of receiving the goods, however please allow for 45 days for the refund to reach you as it would depend on your bank’s processing time.
- Refund will only be made to the credit/debit card that was used to process the purchase
- If your original method of payment was cash on delivery, we can only offer a store credit for the original amount
- Products purchased during sale events will be refunded through Zeest shopping vouchers only.
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
For international returns, you can follow the process above however, you will have to return the items back to us with your own courier.

If you would like to exchange your items, you can do so within 7 days of receipt. Conditions mentioned above apply to be eligible for an exchange. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs.
